- How can I make reservations for air ticket, packages or tours?

- What if I need to change or cancel my air reservation?
- Please contact our office at 1-808-942-3388 and one of our travel consultants can assist you.
- Change Reservation: Please be advised there is a penalty for each change plus add-collect for any fare difference.
- Canceling Reservation: Most fares are non-refundable and non-endorseable. Refundable tickets will be subject to a refund penalty.
- What information do I need to provide R&C Hawaii Tours at time of reservation?
- Airlines now require all reservations to have:
- Full name (including middle name) as shown on passport or other identification such as driver’s license or State identification card.
- We will also need you to provide the date of birth for all travelers.
- Additional information may be needed for packages, tours and other travel products.
- What form of payments do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, Discover, AMEX, etc)
- For security purpose, we cannot accept credit card over the phone.
- Your agent will forward you a credit card authorization form. Please take a minute to fill out the form and sign. You can fax or email back to your travel agent to process payment.
- For walk-in customers, we also accept cash payments.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.
- Do I need to reconfirm with the airlines?
- Please reconfirm reservations with the airlines at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to us any reservations will result in the automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations. Please advise the airlines if your travel plans change en route.
- What is Electronic Ticketing? What if I want paper ticket?
- With Electronic ticket (E-tkt) you can check-in at the airport without a paper ticket. The airline confirmation number and the electronic ticket receipt or itinerary you received with the ticket number is proof of ticketing. Please bring your receipt / itinerary along with your photo I.D. or passport to the airport when you check in for your flight. With an E-tkt, you do not have to worry about lost or stolen tickets.
- Most airlines now are converting to Electronic ticketing. Some airlines still allow paper tickets to be issued, but additional fees will be imposed by the airlines.
- What time should I check in at the airport?
- Recommended check-in time vary by the level of security at the airport. Please check with the airline for the most current recommendation. International departure generally require individuals to check in at least 3 hours prior to departure.
- Checking in later than recommended time by the airline could result in denied boarding.
- What happen if the airline overbooks my flight?
- Airline flights may be overbooked. If a person is denied boarding due to overbooking, please check with the airline’s counter agent for more information. The rules for denied boarding are available at all ticket counter.
- Should I purchase travel insurance?
- Airline and other travel suppliers’ insurance for baggage have limited liability. Your personal insurance may not be adequately cover losses incurred by cancellation, accident, illness or stolen or damaged property. We strongely urge you to purchase additional travel insurance offered to you. Please check with one of our travel consultant for more information.
- How do I sign up for your escorted tours?
- Please fill out the tour application form and submit it to R&C Hawaii Tours along with your deposit. Most of our tours require a $300 non-refundable deposit per person. Some tours may require more deposit, please check with the tour’s term and condition for detail.
- What is the minimum amount of participants for your escorted tours?
- We require a minimum of 15 participants to guarantee a tour with escort guide. R&C Hawaii Tours will notify participants of any changes 45 days prior to departure. We regret that our escorted tours will operate only when booked by a sufficient number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel any departure date that has insufficient demand.
- There might be a possibility to operate tours with less than 15 participants. However, it may require changes from each original tour itinerary and price.
