Hotel Reservations Terms and Conditions
This is a tentative reservation only. You will be contacted shortly to confirm your reservation. Rooms will not be confirmed on Saturdays or Sundays. Please review and accept the following policies before continuing.
Pricing and Availability
Room requests are subject to availability. Prices are confirmed when paid for and are subject to change with notice. Incidental charges are the responsibility of the guest and are to be paid to the hotel upon check out.
Hawaii Taxes
All hotel rooms and vacation rentals in the State of Hawaii are subject to a General Excise Tax of 4.166% and a Transient Accommodation Tax of 7.25%. These taxes are in addition to the room rates shown.
Payment Policy
A one-night deposit with tax is required to confirm each room reservation. Payment in full is required for your room(s) two-weeks prior to reserved arrival date(s). If payment is not able to be collected when due, reservations will be cancelled immediately and no deposit(s) will be refunded.
*Exception - The festive season (12/25-1/3) or Easter season (3/24-4/7) may require full payment at the time of booking. Please inquire. Policy varies by hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 21 or more business days (Monday-Friday, HST, excluding USA national holidays) in advance of the reserved arrival date will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. The balance of the one-night deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 5-20 business days in advance of the reserved arrival date will be charged one-night.
Cancellations made 0-4 business days in advance of the reserved arrival date will be charged the full price of the entire stay.
Exception: December 25 - January 3 is considered the festive season and the cancellation policy varies by hotel. Please inquire about cancellation policies for this period.
Exception: Cancellation policies for Easter season (March 24 - April 7) may also vary. Please inquire about this period.
Early Check-0uts
Generally there is a one-night penalty fee for early check-outs. Penalties vary by hotel. Please inquire.
